  • Why do I need to create an account?
    You need to create an account with Spiral Book System in order to make any purchases. Spiral Book System needs your personal data, street address, phone number, email address, etc in order to successfully send the products purchased by you from our online store.
  • How do I create an account?
    You need to click on "Register" at the top of the page.

    This link is available throughout the store.
    After clicking, you will access a registration form where we will ask you for the necessary data to create your account and send your orders.
    Fill in all the data correctly and click on the "Register" button at the end of the form.
    Your account will be created on the spot and you will be able to sign in with your credentials.
  • How do I sign in?
    You need to click on "Sign in" at the top of the page.

    After clicking, you will access a short form. Please fill it in with the email address and password that you entered in your registration.
  • Can I modify my account data?
    Yes, you can modify your personal data. Once you have your account registered and after signing in, you can access your "personal area" by clicking on "My account" under your name.

    This link is available throughout the store.

    Once you have accessed your "Personal area", a form will appear where you can see and edit your personal data.
  • And if I forgot my password?
    To recover your password, you just need to click on "Sign in" and choose "Have you forgotten your password?" in the window that appears.

    After clicking, you will access a page with a short form. Please fill it in with your registered email address, click on "Send" and we will submit a new password to your email address. Once you have signed in, you will be able to modify this password from your "personal area".
  • And if I want to cancel my account?
    If you wish to delete your account, please send us an email to indicating your user email address and stating that you want to cancel your account.
  • How can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
    Please access your personal area by clicking on "My account" and uncheck the box that indicates that you are subscribed to marketing communications.

  • How can I find the products I need?
    Basically, our store is divided in two products: machinery and consumables.
  • How can I find the machine I need?
    There are two ways to find the machine you wish to purchase in our online store.

    1.- You can browse the menu categories on the left and expand the subcategories until the desired products are displayed on screen.

    Once you get to the item list, you can click on the desired product and access its datasheet.

    From the datasheet, you can add products and their quantities to your basket.

    2.- You can also find products by doing a quick search by reference code or keyword.
    Insert the word or code at the top of the web page.

    The results will appear on a list. You can click on each item to access its datasheet.
  • How can I find the consumable I need?
    There are two ways to find the desired consumable in our web page.

    1.- You can browse the menu categories on the left and expand the subcategories until the desired products are displayed on screen.

    Once you get to the item list, you can click on the desired product and access its datasheet. The filter allows you to quickly refine your search.

    2.- You can also find products by using the keyword search tool. Insert the word at the upper-right corner of the web page.


    The results will appear on a list. You can click on each item to access its datasheet.
  • How can I add products to my basket?
    There are two ways to add products to the basket.

    1.- From the product list, hover the pointer over one item to add the desired quantity.

    2.- From the product datasheet, you just need to enter the quantity and click the basket-shaped icon to add that product.

    This way, your product will be ready for purchasing in the basket.
  • Product not available.
    When a product is out of stock, the message "Not available" appears. You can ask to be notified when the product is back in stock.


  • How can I complete my order?
    Once you have added all your desired products, you need to click on the basket icon at the upper-right corner of the page.

    On the next page you will complete the purchase. Review the products and quantities and click on "Next step".

    Now you need to choose the delivery method and the payment method, and then complete the order.
  • What are the available payment methods?
    We offer three payment methods:

    1.- Payment with card: We accept Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard cards.
    As per the Safe eCommerce system, the emitter of the card (bank or savings institution) identifies the card holder before authorizing the payment over the Internet. The payment via card takes place through an encrypted gateway that protects the card data.

    2.- PayPal is an easy and secure payment means that protects the correct use of your credit card through the best security and fraud-prevention systems available in the marketplace. When using PayPal, your financial data is never revealed to the merchants.

    3.- Direct debit or transfer: Governmental institutions, public agencies and businesses may consult us about this payment method.

  • Which are the available delivery methods?
    During the purchase process, in the third step, the user chooses the delivery address and the delivery mode.
    We work with leading couriers with door-to-door service.
    When the courier picks up the goods from Spiral Book System, they send an email to the user’s address, allowing them to track their order’s delivery status.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders are prepared and sent within 24 hours upon receipt.
    Unavailable items are not included in the basket. This is part of an automatic process designed to ensure quick turnaround time.
    Orders to most destinations in mainland Spain are delivered within 24/48 hours.
  • Returns
    Potential reasons for returns or withdrawals:

    Return of defective product.
    The user must state it in the delivery note and, if possible, take a picture and send it to This type of return must be communicated within two days after receiving the product. Spiral Book System will get in contact to provide a solution and arrange the withdrawal, if needed. In this case, shipping expenses will be liable to Spiral Book System. Upon receiving your product, please verify that the purchased product matches the delivered product. Otherwise, please contact Spiral Book System to solve the issue.

    Return of non-defective product. Withdrawal rights.
    The customer is entitled to a 14-calendar day term from the receipt date to exercise their withdrawal rights.
    As per the LGCU (Ley General de Defensa de Consumidores y Usuarios, Spanish Consumers and End-Users Act), shipping expenses associated with the return of goods will be liable to the user.

    In order to exercise their withdrawal rights, the user only needs to inform of their decision by email at
    Spiral Book System will answer by confirming receipt of the request.
    Spiral Book System will reimburse the total payment received, using the same payment method as the user did in the original transaction.
    The reimbursement will be withheld until reception of goods and verification of their state. We recommend adequate protection of goods, as you will be responsible for any damages occurred during the transportation.

    Exceptions to withdrawal rights.
    Any goods must be returned in their original packaging with all their accessories, in perfect shape and protected, avoiding use of stickers, seals and adhesive tape directly on the surface and packaging of the goods. Otherwise, Spiral Book System reserves the right to deny the return or to offer a partial reimbursement.


Spiral Book System guarantees the quality of the provided products for two years from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impact, improper use or handling, inadequate voltage, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear of the materials.
In order to use the warranty within the legal term of two years from the delivery date, you only need the invoice issued by Spiral Book System.
For any issues covered by the warranty, the provider may choose to repair or replace the goods or offer a discount or a return, under the legal requirements.

The warranty will be void in the following scenarios:
  • Incorrect use, handling or maintenance of equipment or product by the Customer.
  • Burned components due to electric overvoltage or overcurrent.
  • Broken or damaged components subjected to impact.
  • Incorrect repair, modification or expansion of equipment by the Customer.
  • Ultimately, any material that is damaged or presents clear evidence of incorrect handling will be rejected.
